Can I personalize my order or order a custom-made piece of jewelry?
You can contact me to personalize your order or to purchase a custom-made piece of jewelry. We will discuss the price and depending on your request, I may ask you for a deposit. Do not hesitate to contact me, it does not commit you to anything and I will be happy to offer you a service specially designed for you.
Can I return or exchange my order?
You have 14 days after receiving the order to exchange or return your order for a refund. After this period, only returns and/or refunds for defects, resulting in the non-conformity of the purchased item(s), can be accepted. More information on the page Return & Exchange or Terms of Sale.
How soon can I expect to receive my order?
In-stock products will be shipped within 1-2 business days, in rare cases within 3 days. Orders with “available to order” items will be shipped within 3-6 business days, depending on the item (more information in the “available to order” item description).
Concerning the delivery time, you can find the detail of the delivery time, according to the country of destination, on the Delivery page. For a shipment to France, for example, count on a delivery time of 2 to 3 days, so you will receive your order within 4 to 5 working days.
Will I pay customs fees if I don’t live in France?
Yes, if you don’t live in France or in the European Union, it’s likely that you will have to pay additional fees to the customs in your country. I am not responsible for these fees, they depend on your country of origin. If you want to estimate these fees, I advise you to do some research on the laws in force in your country concerning the online purchase of foreign products.
How do I keep clean the jewelry I bought?
You will receive, with your order, care instruction for your jewelry. You can find these instructions on the page Size & Care.
Are all the products on sale in the shop handmade?
Yes, all the products for sale are created by myself, in France. I work with recycled wires and copper plates, I only buy the earring hooks (which I can’t make in copper) and the minerals.
How are the items packed?
Jewelry is packaged in a small cardboard box, ready to be given as a gift. And sent, well protected, in a bubble wrap or recycled cardboard. Home decor items, on the other hand, need to be carefully wrapped for security and are not eligible for gift wrapping.
