Return and/or Refund Conditions
According to the guarantee of conformity
If the product received does not correspond to the description, if it arrives damaged or if it is not the right product. You will be able to return the problematic item (the fees incurred will be refunded) and your order will be sent back to you or refunded, in the case of a defective product.
If the item originally has a defect of which the buyer was unaware at the time of purchase, which makes it unusable, fragile or not in accordance with its description, the customer may request a refund or exchange within 2 years after receipt of the product. If the defective product must be returned, the return shipping costs will be refunded.
According to the consumer’s right of withdrawal
Any consumer who buys online, has 14 days (after receipt of the order) to change his mind and return the item(s) purchased and get a refund, without justification.
If you wish to return an article received less than 14 days ago, I invite you to send me by mail, the return form (which you will find on the page Terms of Sales) filled in, to the following e-mail address: romane-enamor@hotmail.fr
Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges
You also have 14 days to request an exchange of the order received, without justification. You have the amount corresponding to the exchanged article to buy one or several other article(s). If the chosen item(s) are more expensive than the exchanged item, you will have to pay the difference. If, on the contrary, the chosen item(s) are cheaper, you will be refunded the difference by bank transfer. The postal charges inherent to the return remain are at your charge.
